Went above and beyond in helping us Originally came to visit this BMW dealership because I had saw all the great reviews on how the customer service was and it is all true! My family and I had was helped by Richard and needless to say he goes above and beyond in every aspect of customer service. We were looking into a model with specific packages and Richard was able to find multiple options for us to choose from. We were also curious as to what the Mocha interior leather looked like and Richard was able to find another car on their lot and brought it over just to show us what it's like in person and made sure that that interior was something that we liked. I would definitely recommend Richard to friends and family for their next cars. More

Just as they were closing, Richard found a car that had been returned from a lease that afternoon and pulled everything together so that we could test drive it and make an offer. After the car had been cleaned and inspected, he came in on his day off to close the deal. Really great experience. More

I originally had chosen Mark for my salesman because of the great reviews he had, and I’m so happy I did. He was the first sales guy in which not one single time pushed me or put pressure on me to make a d the great reviews he had, and I’m so happy I did.
