Very bad experince I bought a used car from this company on may 16th then moved to texas. until today Aug 16th they are not able to send me the title and the plates for I bought a used car from this company on may 16th then moved to texas. until today Aug 16th they are not able to send me the title and the plates for the car. I paid all amount in cash and paid all registration fees required but they are very slow. I sent many emails and called them many times but they are doing nothing. I wanted to trade in my 2016 428 for a new car. Joe made sure the X3m40i was the right car for me and was a pleasure to do business with. Best Sale Rep This was my 3rd BMW dealer trying to get a car with a blank check. I scheduled the appointment and meet with a sales Rep name Mike (Wael Youssef) We s This was my 3rd BMW dealer trying to get a car with a blank check. I scheduled the appointment and meet with a sales Rep name Mike (Wael Youssef) We sat down we looked up the car I was interested in buying. First thing he did was set up a test drive. Perfect! car is beautiful, but it did need to be clean * I guess everyone testing out 5 series these days. I come back to the dealership after my test drive and jumped right into the warranty which was a big factor for me. This dealer by far has the best warranty I've come across for BMW. Once I knew the warranty and had a general number of what I was paying. Wael was very sincere and genuine in this sale transaction and had everything ready for me to review. Car faxes, warranty etc. I can honestly say he is a xxxx good sales rep. He wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale. That's what mattered the most to me! and when I was pushing for a little off, he made it happen. I'm very pleased with my purchase and effort he put into closing the deal. He even made sure they detailed the car when I picked it up. IF YOUR IN THE MARKET HE IS THE GUY(Mike) TO GO TOO! Thank you so much for everything you did for me you’re appreciated More
