Horrible Finance Department Experience I've gone to them for over 6 years. Never ever again. last lease I had, I extended my miles from 30,000 3 years to 45,000 3 year. I got all the extend I've gone to them for over 6 years. Never ever again. last lease I had, I extended my miles from 30,000 3 years to 45,000 3 year. I got all the extended warranties - wear and tear, brake, tire... what I didn't know and what they didnt tell me was that it was only up to 36,000 miles. wait what?!?! so if I went over those miles, I wouldn't be covered. Now, when im about to return it, I need to get my brakes done and bmw of freehold says im out of luck. Why would I get 45000 miles and not get warranty to cover that??? They dont even have the nerve to offer me anything for this inconvienience.... Im not a new customer and ive gone to them for over 6 years and ive actually introduced my family to their dealership. Stay away everyone - STAY AWAY! fyi sales people are nice...finance department has to be the shadiest people ive ever seen.... More
