Frank is the best! This is my fourth time getting a car from BMW of Freehold and won’t be my last. Normally the car buying process stresses me out beyond belief but not this time. Purchasing my car at Freehold BMW was a stress free experience thanks to Mark Vicens. He helped put my mind at ease. From past experiences I have found salesmen to be intimidating especially towards females, but not Mark. He was comforting throughout the process especially while waiting to hear if I got approved for the loan. I appreciate the fact that I could talk to him and explain what I needed and he was imformative and empathetic and talk to me as an equal. He made me feel like I was a long lost friend. I would recommend anyone looking for a new BMW or even certified preowned car to contact Mark for a wonderful experience. Upon receiving my car he even put a big bow on it. I felt like royalty.
