Was a loyal customer of freehold’s for 9 yrs, but no longer Freehold bmw was where i leased my first bmw after grad school, and i have been a loyal customer of theirs for 9 years and had been quite happy with t Freehold bmw was where i leased my first bmw after grad school, and i have been a loyal customer of theirs for 9 years and had been quite happy with the staff members. until recently, i had the mishap to work with their new internet sales manager Maryjo Pirrella. And gosh, i have never interacted with a sales representative so horrible before in my life. Upon inquiry, she first gave me a quote that is over 3000 higher than their own ad. After sending her a few emails, she gave me a new quote that was even higher than the 1st one ! Then upon calling her, i was told that the price difference is due to the manufacturer rebate. In what universe are customers responsible for paying the manufacturer’s rebate? I had to call another client advisor to tell her that the manufacturer’s rebate is meant to be a credit instead of a debit for the customers. At the end, the quote she gave me is actually 6000 higher than what the actual sale price. While being quite upset, i still decided to lease the car after the pricing error was fixed and scheduled a test drive the next day. She called me later and told me the car was sold last week, but she said she will find a matching deal and called me back. And nope, she never called me back. And 0 apologies. As you can imagine, i was quite furious for a few days, but i managed to find a better deal somewhere else. Now i just feel sad for freehold. I don’t know how many more customers they are going to lose having such an incompetent employee. My guess is there will be quite a few. More

Terrible Sales person, William Lauer, tried 2x to make offer on used BMW. He doesnt return phones and I have to call him 48 hours later to find out about my offer. If you are considering getting a car/truck you NEED to go see Kyle and John at Freehold BMW. I could not be more obsessed with my car. These guys hooked it up. They made the experience very personal and I feel extremely comfortable to send either one of them a text if I have any questions at all about my car.
