We had come to return our BMW 540i and did not have the next car picked and found ourselves in a difficult situation of having three drivers and one car at home. Nick took great interest in making sure that we walked away happy with our new BMW X7 and we cannot say enough good things about the car and the customer service we received from Nick, John and Ruslan.
