Not the first time I've purchased a BMW but definitely the first time I had a great experience with the sales person so much so that this will be my first review for any dealer. William Lauer is truly a p the first time I had a great experience with the sales person so much so that this will be my first review for any dealer. I've been a customer of BMW of Freehold since 2011 and have bought many cars from over the years. Always a pleasant and quick experience with everyone I deal with. Dori, Rus, Maria and Orville are all g have bought many cars from over the years. Always a pleasant and quick experience with everyone I deal with. Dori, Rus, Maria and Orville are all great to work with. Because of the nature of my work, it is much easier for me to negotiate via email and text rather than sit at the dealership for hours trying to negotiate a deal. And this entire team is more than happy to accommodate and work patiently with me. By the time I walk in the dealership, all I have to do is sign the paperwork.
