Marc Eustice is a very low key salesman who knows his product and goes out of his way to help you. We had left the showroom without making a decision. I called him on his day off and he worked to secur product and goes out of his way to help you. We had left the showroom without making a decision. The next day he worked extremely hard to help us secure a deal that was satisfactory to both my husband and I and the dealership. He spent as much time as necessary going over how the care operates and I would have no problem purchasing another vehicle with him. More

We loved salesperson with whom we worked & appreciate his no-pressure approach. We are long-standing BMW owners who were buying a 6th beamer & 3rd x1. We have purchased 5 of those cars @ Circle BMW and feel no-pressure approach. We are long-standing BMW owners who were buying a 6th beamer & 3rd x1. We have purchased 5 of those cars @ Circle BMW and feel we have received much more consideration & attention from the dealership about our repeat business. At Freehold, we made a reasonable counter offer for an x1 that had been sitting on the lot for awhile and “no one else is interested in or even looking at”… however dealership did not budge. X1 we purchased could have been prepped better by dealership: 1) inside or visors were not fully clean of marks, 2) tiny food crumbs remained in console area between seats (don’t dealerships have better vacuum / crevice tool?) 2) read wiper blade not working properly & dealership did not / still has not addressed, 3) spare key wasn’t properly pared w/ auto - necessitating return trip to dealership - ugh, and 4) license plate bracket missing screws to afix plate.
