I have been a customer of BMW Fort Wayne since 2018. I’ve had two leases in that time, and I ended up buying the 2nd one to keep. Michael (Mike) Cramer took me through the buyout process, and he was v I’ve had two leases in that time, and I ended up buying the 2nd one to keep. Michael (Mike) Cramer took me through the buyout process, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I’m no longer in a lease, I still plan to stay a BMW Fort Wayne customer by taking my car there for all routine maintenance and service. And down the road, I will hopefully get another chance to work with Mike when I decide to trade in my car for something newer (and faster)! More
