Quality Imports is the closest dealer or stealer as nicknamed. Several times my car would take 2 or 3 days for standard service with oil change. My question was what did you break? Never got an answer. Onetime they attempted to charge me for 8 brake pad and 8 rotors. Do they think people really that dumb? Attempted to charge 2 hours labor to program a key ordered from Mercedes Benz. Its already programmed from the factory for my VIN. Their excuse was he checked to make sure it worked before pickup. Really? 2 hours? Did fall asleep in the back seat? More

I recently leased a new MB SL550 thanks, in no small part, to George Liscotti's attentive customer service. On a recent visit to the dealership to have a flat tire repaired, George struck up a conversa part, to George Liscotti's attentive customer service. On a recent visit to the dealership to have a flat tire repaired, George struck up a conversation with me in the showroom waiting area and the rest, as they say, is history. He took proactive steps to "upsell" me into a 2014 model of the car I was already driving and, after working with management to make the numbers work, I was driving off in the new vehicle within a few weeks of that first, fateful meeting. The dealership, overall, is a friendly place to be and the staff is sharp. The business transaction was easy to deal with and George was well-prepared at the time of delivery to offer assistance in acclimating to the new vehicle. My only concern is that my car has a very off-putting smell to it- almost like grease or a mechanical aroma that betrays the clean "new car" smell that you might expect. My first MB did not smell like this and when you purchase a new car for over $100k the LAST thing you would expect to do is buy an air freshener for it. More

The GM lured me into the dealership by calling me and telling me to come in and get into a new MB with a lower monthly payment. It was the old bait and switch. In 2009 I purchased a new 2010 GLK 350 fr telling me to come in and get into a new MB with a lower monthly payment. It was the old bait and switch. In 2009 I purchased a new 2010 GLK 350 from Quality Imports. When I went to the dealership to meet with the GM: did not offer me a fair trade-in value on my 'super clean' 2010 GLK 350; wanted me to lease not buy; the lease payment was $15 less than my current monthly payment. I was talked down to and was treated disrespectfully. I went to Centennial Imports and purchased a new C250. Here is what Centennial did for me: offered $3,000 more for my trade-in (than Quality); came down significantly off the C250 MSRP; received a 3-year service agreement at no cost; lowered my car payment by $220/mo; everyone from the sales consultant to the owner were super friendly; treated me fairly and with respect. Centennial has a new customer. I will NEVER do business at the Quality Imports dealership again and to anyone looking for a MB, recommend that they go to Centennial Imports. More
