Service Department inept, cant reach anyone, horribly slow. I have had many BMW's over the years in several different areas, this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too especially for service....it I have had many BMW's over the years in several different areas, this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too especially for service....it's not even close. You cant reach anyone, forced to leave message then wait for hours for a call back! This was for a standard fluid change and annual maintenance mind you. You think your being wise by making an appointment ahead of time then come to find out 5 hours later they were just getting to it and it would "definitely" be ready in the morning, of course I missed the call telling me this tried to call back 5 minutes later and of course no one answers. I would find the whole thing blasphemous if I didn't stop to think where we live, unfortunate this is our only option unless we want to drive to Pensacola. More

Service SLOW Terrible dropped car off at appointment time of 7:30. Was not waiting for the car because I have seen people wait hours. Arrived 3:30 pm ( late afternoon) and told they are just starting about an hour I'm told! They give priority to people who are waiting for their cars! I'm the waiting room are zero people! When the car is done it will have been here over 9 hours! I'm told it takes at least 25 minutes for the computer to read the car. Really ? They can drain the oil but have to wait for the compute. Pretty good excuse for poor service. More

I was then told that appointments should be made over the phone and not online. I was told that I would be called when the parts are in. Why wasn't I told about the parts when the recalls were specifically mentioned in the online appointment? This occured on July 30, 2017. More

A horrendous experience After 4 years of dealing with terrible service department (rude,constant delays while repairs were ongoing) we decided to move forward with purchasing After 4 years of dealing with terrible service department (rude,constant delays while repairs were ongoing) we decided to move forward with purchasing the BMW to be serviced elsewhere. Unfortunately now we had to deal with the finance department which decided not to give us the $2500. BMW purchase credit and also charge us $1200. in additional fee's (not including sales tax) we walked out of the dealership. Beware when dealing with this company! More
