Advised the service advisor to check if the car is still under warranty and that I had a concern with the vehicle, I asked how much diagnostics will be if car was still under warranty, he said nothing if un under warranty and that I had a concern with the vehicle, I asked how much diagnostics will be if car was still under warranty, he said nothing if under warranty, also Alby of my tax-exempt status and he stated he knew that and if he had to charge anything no tax will be charged. Then Alby blew me off several times ignoring my calls and texts until the end of the day and told me he was busy and that he couldn't get to it. The next day still no call but only received a link with what the tech said. After which he bills me for 400+ dollars for diagnosing a car that was still under factory warranty. I need to be refunded this amount ASAP as the car is under warranty and that diagnosing should be included, whether the work may or may not be covered. More

My service advisor (Alby Radulic) is amazing and a huge part of why I continue to have my car serviced at this location. My concerns are always addressed. He is quick, efficient, and courteous. I live in Lake Worth, and came to you in my efforts to buy my wife’s X1 off of lease. Of all the dealers I spoke with I found the approach of your dealership the most honest and transparent. Sebastian Sanches made me feel very comfortable with the whole process, and made sure I understood all my options. I was up in the air on the value of certifying the car, and Sebastian put me touch with Jon Carvalho at service and between the two the decision to certify seemed like a no brainer. The purchase was completed with David in finance who provided one of the most pleasant buying experiences I ever had. I was so pleased with this transaction and with Jon I wanted to service my car which was due for regular service, but the distance from my home was an obstacle. Jon said he would pick up and deliver the car, which is what he did. As with my first experience, it was smooth as silk - so a shout out to the driver Allan who proved as professionally as everyone else I have encountered. First rate top to bottom. More
