Michael Kolanoski was friendly, professional and provided the BEST service. I've never experienced an "unveiling" and was BLOWN AWAY! Warren in the finance department was amazing as well. Advised the service advisor to check if the car is still under warranty and that I had a concern with the vehicle, I asked how much diagnostics will be if car was still under warranty, he said nothing if un under warranty and that I had a concern with the vehicle, I asked how much diagnostics will be if car was still under warranty, he said nothing if under warranty, also Alby of my tax-exempt status and he stated he knew that and if he had to charge anything no tax will be charged. Then Alby blew me off several times ignoring my calls and texts until the end of the day and told me he was busy and that he couldn't get to it. The next day still no call but only received a link with what the tech said. After which he bills me for 400+ dollars for diagnosing a car that was still under factory warranty. I need to be refunded this amount ASAP as the car is under warranty and that diagnosing should be included, whether the work may or may not be covered. More

My service advisor (Alby Radulic) is amazing and a huge part of why I continue to have my car serviced at this location. My concerns are always addressed. He is quick, efficient, and courteous.
