Wes and the rest of the staff at Fort Lauderdale BMW are absolute professionals in every sense of the word. I hate having to disrupt my busy life to get my car serviced, but i dread it that much less as I a absolute professionals in every sense of the word. I hate having to disrupt my busy life to get my car serviced, but i dread it that much less as I always know Wes is going to get me in and out with as little disruption to my life as possible. Terrible experience! Applied online for bmw financing got my approval and called sales to get the process started. Ingrid answered my call, I explained to her that I had Applied online for bmw financing got my approval and called sales to get the process started. Ingrid answered my call, I explained to her that I had applied and advised her exactly what I wanted, she stated how she got that approval from her manager and everything was ready to go, I waited over a month and a half for the vehicle with much patience for then the car to arrive and the rep work her own deal out mentioning that she cannot see what was submitted through bmw finance. She had no courtesy of mindfulness of the amount of time I wasted waiting for the vehicle. I repeatedly asked to have a manager call me and have no heard back. I’ve been with Mercedes for 7 years and never had such a terrible car buying experience. More

I asked twice to have the wheel locks removed (BMW replaced all four of my tires, first the front two then just recently the rear two tires) and despite me asking repeatedly not to put the wheel lock replaced all four of my tires, first the front two then just recently the rear two tires) and despite me asking repeatedly not to put the wheel lock on, my car still has all four wheel locks. Which means if I am in the middle of nowhere and something goes wrong with a tire, I cannot take the tire off AND I have no choice e but to take the car back to BMW to change tires. But since this affects only me, BMW does not care at all. They got the money for the tires and they know I can't go anywhere else. All it takes is someone sho cares, but obviously they don't care about this owner. More
