My experience with BMW OF EL PASO is fair at best. I took my X5 in to get an oil change and when it was returned to me my oil was leaking at the drain plug and it wasn't when it went in. This is the I took my X5 in to get an oil change and when it was returned to me my oil was leaking at the drain plug and it wasn't when it went in. This is the second year in a row that this has happen. The previous year they told me that I needed a new oil pan which would cost me over $4,300 dollars in parts and labor and come to find out it only needed a new washer on the drain plug. This year (1/29/2025) the tech failed to tighten the plug sufficiently enough to prevent another oil leak. So in essence I am totally disappointed with BMW in their performance of a basic oil change. Furthermore how do I trust them to continue servicing my vehicle in good faith. Highly disappointed going forward with future servicing of my vehicle. Please question everything they do to your vehicle and ask for details. More
