John Won at Nick Alexander BMW contacted me over the phone regarding returning and leasing again. My first impression was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me options, I decided on a new BMW to lease, he took the instructions and gave me the car I wanted, at a very good price, took care of my last payment of the old BMW and some others, and everything was so easy using only texting and emails. He always replied to my texts right away. I live far from the dealership, but no problem, the new car was delivered and old car was driven away by a person from the dealership. The paperwork was done quickly in my driveway, kept the 6-foot distance from the person at all times, and that was it. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had buying and/or leasing a new car. I highly recommend John Won. Ask for him. More
