First off, I want to say that client advisor John Daley is terrific. I had a few concerns about buying out my lease and he was patient and really helped out. I'm a less enthusiastic about the service department, so be careful if your lease turns out to be a problematic vehicle. I've driven nothing but BMWs for 25 years and I love them, so unhappy that this one has had problems. But that being said, they are generally great cars and John is your guy if you are shopping for one. More
