We had a great experience working with Nick Alexander BMW. My husband and I went to a number of dealerships closer to home and no one really came to talk to us or offered help to find the car we wanted. BMW. I knew I wanted to buy a BMW but wasn’t sure what style and type would fit best for me so needed help getting my questions answered. I had read some good reviews about the Nick Alexander BMW dealership so decided to take the drive and see them. The moment we arrived onto the lot we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Axel (the deputy in-charge). He briefly told us about the history of Nick’s dealership and made it feel very personal. He found out about us and our needs and immediately got us connected up with one of his staff (Davis) who was extremely knowledgeable of the cars and answered all our questions (which were a lot) and let us test drive several and helped us find the perfect car for our needs. Then Alex Lopez helped us answer any and all questions with regards to the financing options. He was very straightforward and answered all questions very simply and even got us connected up with a great insurance agent who gave us a way better insurance deal than we were able to find previously. Alex helped us through the process and had one of his staff take the time to show us all the different features in our new car and how to use them. The gentleman going through all the final paperwork with us also was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had worked there since 23 years and was great. All-in-all this was a great experience. If you are looking to buy a BMW I would recommend going to Nick Alexander BMW. I am a new driver and this was my first car so I knew little about cars yet and had lots of questions. They were met with simple and good explanations and good care.
