I have purchased / leased many cars and Kerry is the best sales person I have ever worked with - a true professional. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the cars and any question you may have. Frank Muto, is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW finance options and will give you guidance on what the right options are for you. A great team! More

Each individual showed incredible patience and professionalism from the beginning of the entire process to the moment we drove off the lot with our new vehicle. We could not have been happier with the experience, and we have every intention of returning once our current lease is completed. More
Ok, before we get rollin... no pun intended. BMW of Devon is under a new owner, so do not let old reviews sway you. Also, I am reviewing the buying process not service. Car purchased- Volvo XC90 Sales Devon is under a new owner, so do not let old reviews sway you. Also, I am reviewing the buying process not service. Car purchased- Volvo XC90 Sales person- Demetri (newly promoted to pre-owned sales manager) About a year ago my fiance and I purchased a home. Furthermore, we are paying for a wedding, so needless to say money is tight at this moment. I had totaled my car that I bought when I was 17, so we were forced to buy a car. Not really an expense we wanted to take on at this time, but what are you going do? We had found a pre-owned XC90 that fit within our max budget of $15,000, but we were worried about how a young couple, with not a ton of money to spend, would get treated at a BMW dealer. However, we couldn't let that deter us from seeing the car. When we walked into the main showroom there where two sales associates that greeted us. They were not rude or have an air of superiority. The gentlemen took our info and walked us to back to Demetri. Demetri came right out to meet us and treated us with respect from the get go. He never talked down to us and treated us like a million bucks. He understood our situation and was more then happy to help get us a smokin deal on the car we wanted. The new owner of BMW of Devon walked right up to my fiance and I to introduce himself. He was in the middle of detailing a 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia Coupe and walked away from that just to say hi... awesome. Then he proceed to invite us over to take a look at the Ferrari... even more awesome. We test drove the Volvo. Came back to the lot and started to talk numbers. Demetri led with his strongest foot and gave us his best price. No BS and it was well below blue book. There were no hidden fees and everything was explained to us very well and it was straight forward. When it came time to pay for the car the finance person was no where to be found. Not his fault as the dealer had been closed for a half hour at this point. Demetri was determined to get us walking out with this car, so him and the owner stayed 2 hours past close just to help us! Amazing! They truly went above and beyond. I would recommend Devon of BWM. They treated a young couple with a low fixed budget just like they would treat a couple going in to buy a new M6. Awesome experience! More
This my local BMW dealership. I worked with John Walden which is nice and professional. But his manager is only friendly before a sales... likely also after a sale, but my story differs from most others in which is nice and professional. But his manager is only friendly before a sales... likely also after a sale, but my story differs from most others in that I cancelled my order 1 business day after I had order my car at BMW of Devon (Sloane Toyota). My reason for doing that was the car had scratches (brand new BMW 535xi) that they had to repair before I could get the car delivered and I changed my mind because of that. In the meantime I found another one at BMW of Reading without any problems, with more options at a more competitive price. My story starts here..... I had put down a $1000 deposit that I am fully entitled to get back in accordance to my contract. So I called Claudio and he started yelling at me asking me to be professional, etc. In the mean time I was thinking how about you being professional? I am still a BMW customer just not a Sloane BMW customer. I would still take my car for services there until now of course. Anyway, more than two weeks after I might finally get my deposit back. More

Highly reccomend Paul and th MB/E Class was treated fairly on trade and Paul Gillis was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgable of the product. Highly reccomend Paul and the new crown Jewel of the Sloane Motor group. Maryanne in finance was also a pleasure to deal with as well. So if your in the market for a BMW / BMW of Devon is the place to go and Paul Gillis is your guy. More
I have been taking my 2003 BMW for service exclusively to Devon Hill for 10 years. Friendly team, tech/mechanics are great (approachable and they answer my frequent questions). Service has declined over th Devon Hill for 10 years. Friendly team, tech/mechanics are great (approachable and they answer my frequent questions). Service has declined over the last year or two--I used to get my car returned clean (particularly the inside) but recently that has not been the case. After my most recent visit (mid Feb 2014), the tan interior had numerous black hand smudges on it and there was a greasy pick/awl tool left on rear floor (to replace a fuel pump?). Repair prices are, at this point, brutal ---so much so, I am going to cross my fingers, and take my car to an independent mechanic. It's been a great relationship but it has the value equation is no longer there. More
