I have had great experiences with the service and my most recent buying experience was with a salesman, Andrew Krier, who started in service. He did a great job of understanding my buying criteria before finding the right M550 for me. I was so impressed with my 550 buying experience last fall that when my daughter, living in Jersey City, wanted to lease her first 320, I recommended we visit Andrew and find out his options. Andrew again spent the time to understand her buying criteria and matched her with the perfect first car. What I liked about Andrew's approach, and that of dealership in general is they lead with a fair price offer. They did find a way to offer a little extra discount for my daughter "loyalty discount" due to my recent 55 purchase. This is a great approach to bring me back when my wife needs to replace her 330xi. More

We then tackeled the price of the vehicle that I wanted and he was able to meet my expectations without going back and forth with his manager which would have turned me off. He asked the right questions to understand our needs and he took the time to listen to what we really wanted in a car. He was very professional and knowledgeable about any of the cars we were interested in. We test drove several of the BMW 3 series and the 5 series. We ended up with the BMW 3, however I think we now might be back for the 5 series, as my husband just loved it! We drove away with a big smile and Phil made the purchase so carefree and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this dealership as everyone was so friendly!! More
