When we went to the dealership to pick up personal effects from this vehicle, I wasn't expecting to be able to replace it in the near term. Phil introduced himself while we were wistfully looking around the show room. He quickly engaged Frank and scoured the country for a vehicle that would match the specialized configuration that I had. They were able to locate and quickly deliver. Frank worked to get the economic details to work within our parameters. Picked it up yesterday and enjoyed the drive home. They worked to create a "differentiating experience" which will lead me to recommend both them and the dealership to friends and family AND to return in the future.
