I had no experience with BMW Devon. I was a 20+ year customer of MB. I wanted to explore the X7...but before I did that I wanted to find a trusted advisor. Not the easiest task when you I was a 20+ year customer of MB. I wanted to explore the X7...but before I did that I wanted to find a trusted advisor. Not the easiest task when you do not have a history with the dealership. I first sought out reviews of the Dealership and DealerRater which led me directly to choosing Kerry as my first point of contact. Long story short.... Kerry delivered an exceptional value in both his product knowledge and presenting me all I needed to make an informed decision. In less than 45 days... I drove out of the BMW Devon with a 2026 X7. I would not have made this purchase if anything about the process felt off...pressuring...or not genuine. It was totally the opposite. I formed an instant bond with Kerry... for both his professionalism and personal approach to getting to know my needs and successfully converted a long time MB guy!
