I live in NJ and found my exact spec at BMW of Devon in PA. A 2024 M440i xdrive coupe. Brian Fergason was fantastic through the whole process. If I could give 10 Stars to Brian I would! Brian Ferguson and his staff at BMW of Devon were excellent throughout my buying process. My purchase was not your "typical" transaction as I am in F Brian Ferguson and his staff at BMW of Devon were excellent throughout my buying process. My purchase was not your "typical" transaction as I am in Florida, and had to arrange to fly up to Philadelphia to complete the deal, and due to some personal issues on my end I unfortunately had to cancel two different flights, therefore delaying the final steps of my purchase. To my pleasant surprise Brian was very understanding and was never ever "pushy". Under those circumstances many salesmen would have been pushy or abrasive and Brian was the total opposite. When I finally arrived this past Saturday the entire staff greeted me with smiles, and were super professional. They had my car washed, waxed, fully detailed, and handed me the keys for the official "test drive" . Afterwards I completed signing the documents with the finance manager Rob Pucci whom was also superb, courteous and super professional. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a BMW to work with Brian and BMW of Devon. If you are looking for A+ service and support, they are the dealership to go to! More
ZERO STARS- I recently dropped off my garage-kept, near-mint condition BMW for a 20-year-old airbag recall (yes, a liability for 20 years, and was just recently notified of a recall). The next day, a near-mint condition BMW for a 20-year-old airbag recall (yes, a liability for 20 years, and was just recently notified of a recall). The next day, a tech drove it causing thousands of dollars in damage and ripping off the bumper. BMW assumed partial responsibility and repaired the bumper and light that was torn out, but left several scratches and scuffs without repair. The car is still significantly damaged and BMW is not accepting full responsibility. It is going on 3 weeks that I am without my car & it's sitting out in a lot waiting for repair! This car has not spent a night outside of a garage before this awful experience at BMW of Devon. I am expecting BMW to accept full responsibility and return my car as it was at drop off instead of rudely and falsely accusing the customer of lying! Hoping this review can change and they will do what is right and accept responsibility for the damage caused on the BMW lot by BMW staff! More

It wasn’t a very good experience for an oil change and a tire check. Service writer Jeff tried to talk me out of an issue that the technician had noticed and agreed that it was dry rot other three tires are tire check. Service writer Jeff tried to talk me out of an issue that the technician had noticed and agreed that it was dry rot other three tires are OK at this time . there was dry rot on right rear tire Hancock performance tire. 8000 miles. also noticed this morning oil on new driveway, tripping from the bottom of the x five. had to get under vehicle and wipe off the best that I could old oil was all over the bottom of the vehicle. also, technician had scratched the metal surround around the engine compartment, and also looked like he stood on the weatherstrip. have pictures to back everything up. and in the recording of the vehicle service, the technician stated that there was dry rot on the on that tire. not very happy with Devon BMW at this point. Newcomer to BMW I will follow up with this, not at the dealership. I love my new BMW, but I hate the service that it just went through. and I get to send it there again. or maybe they do this on purpose to get rid of service issues. chasing to other dealerships. Jeff sure did try to run me around. I’ve been in car business/hobby for over 40 years. I made a foolish move in trusting. terrible experience for a great car manufacturer. More
