This is my second experience with Kerry, 4th with Devon. Kerry is great. Straight, pleasant and helpful. He is an asset to Devon and they should never let him go. Devon is a very solid dealer. If you really want to waste a lot of time you can find a lower price but it probably not worth your time for a small savings and they do make the process pretty easy. More

Worked with Drew on 2nd deal. ..this time it was an ordered 330e. Given all the global supply issues and delays, the car was delivered much later than we all expected...which wasn ..this time it was an ordered 330e. Given all the global supply issues and delays, the car was delivered much later than we all expected...which wasn't an issue for us whatsoever (we had assumed that would happen!). Drew was fantastic through the entire process (per usual), and kept us up to date on the schedule. And when it came time to close the deal, Drew was awesome to work with yet again. Thanks Drew!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the process of negotiating with the salesperson for a couple days on a used car there. After agreeing on a price and trade in value- I I went through the process of negotiating with the salesperson for a couple days on a used car there. After agreeing on a price and trade in value- I attempted to contact the salesperson numerous times before they got back with me and said they sold it to their partnered Toyota store where the price was marked up 3K from the price we agreed on. How convenient. Just living up to the shady stigma these dealerships get. More
