I never have to wait too long for an answer as to why my car needs repair and she is very good at explaining maintenance problems in a way efficient. I called late on a Thursday afternoon and Joe was able to accomodate me early on Friday morning. He arranged for a shop foreman to take a drive with me to see what the issue with my car was. We followed a salesman there after having a very positive experience with him at Greenwich. Initially the service we were receiving was great, when Ron was there. Then, about two years ago, it changed dr experience with him at Greenwich. Initially the service we were receiving was great, when Ron was there. Then, about two years ago, it changed dramatically. (as soon as the car went off warranty) The service staff was extremely rude, and I have recently discovered that we were charged over $300 for what was a light bulb. They did not call us when the car was repaired. They no longer washed the car as part of the service. After the car was off warranty, we no longer had loaners. It seems as if they do everything to force you to buy a new car from them. When we purchase a new BMW, we will find a different dealership. We have recently found a good BMW mechanic and will use him in the future for our X5 and Z3. More
