When they text me to schedule a service appointment, my first text message wasn’t responded until 20 hours later, my 2nd message wasn’t responded until 30 hours later. No complain. However, when Frank Ciardullo texted me for the pickup, he started to capitalize every letter in 2 text messages just after 30 minutes wait, and the tone was pushy.
