Excellent Salesman (Eric Pedersen) and Lindsay in finance I had originally purchased a vehicle at Mercedes Hoffman Estates area where I was not happy with the dealers help after some issues. The dealer was awful to work with after the original purchase. I visited various MotorWerks dealers and had some of the most awful experience. (I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager!) I then stopped in at BMW Crystal Lake and met Eric Pedersen. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He allowed us to drive the car of interest for an hour alone so that we could make sure we enjoyed the vehicle. They then allowed me to take it for the weekend. This is how you sell a car. Eric made sure the vehicle was clean and ready for the road when I purchased. Linsday from the finance department was also a pleasure to work with and had all the paperwork ready for signing. We were finished in about 10 minutes. That's the quickest car purchase I've ever had. I'll definitely go back. More

After visiting 3 other dealerships, we chose to drive out to Crystal Lake - about 30 miles from our home. We inquired about pricing over the internet and immediately heard back from Amy via email. She was quick to answer ALL of our questions right away. She then put us in touch with Irv Robinson who was an absolute joy to work with. Irv has been doing this for a long time and knows BMW inside and out. He was extremely courteous - made us feel right at home - and got us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price.
