Dave, Thank you for your feedback. I hope that after our conversation last week, you have a better understanding of why it took 3 hours and why the tire pressures were set like they were. As I mentioned to you, there are several other tasks that we perform on your vehicle while it is in service along with the primary concern of your vehicle. • A detailed multi-point inspection with a detailed video is performed and emailed to you. • A thorough test drive is performed to verify that the vehicle is correct before returning to you. • A car wash, vacuuming, and wiping down the interior are performed. All these premium services will take longer than just replacing the tires. As far as the tire pressures, the tires use different pressures set for the front and rear axles and this is on your door. We follow this specification unless told otherwise by you, so your tire pressures were set correctly as per the specifications. The 3 hours that it took is reasonable for the services that you received. 1. Installation of 4 tires 2. 4-wheel alignment 3. Multi-point inspection with a video 4. Test drive 5. Car wash

The response related to the tire pressure is WRONG. The settings on the door show 35Psi. This is the same as the pressures shown on the tire pressure monitoring system. The pressure set of 39 on the rear tires was WRONG based on your statement the door pressure is correct. How can something so simple become so complicated? You also stated there was a video taken that was sent to me by email. This is also WRONG in that I never received a video if it was in fact it was even taken. I also was not provided a copy of the alignment data sheet at the time of service. I requested and was provided the data sheet but unfortunately portions were not legible. I sent an email response requesting a clear copy but have not received a response. I fail to understand the length of time for the service since when I called for an appointment I was told I could schedule at 4:30 and be completed by 6:00.
