Warranty oil change took three hours. Oh but wait they also rotated my tires. Oh yeah they wash my car too…all covered under warranty… but in order to rotate the tires they needed to be b Oh but wait they also rotated my tires. Oh yeah they wash my car too…all covered under warranty… but in order to rotate the tires they needed to be balanced. So that cost $76. Once I paid the $76 I was told my car would be driven up to me and handed over once it was done with car wash. Well that took about 45 minutes. Needless to say once the warranty is up I doubt that I will take my BMW to be maintained at Advantage BMW service center. More

WOW" is all I can say  for their new and beautiful  just opened sales and service facility located at, 15943 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Took my BMW X-5 for brake service  and scheduled Maintenance at opened sales and service facility located at, 15943 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Took my BMW X-5 for brake service  and scheduled Maintenance at their new location and was greated by my Service Advisor Omar Reyna, who is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Omar is so detailed that he has caught problems that most others would have overlooked and had them fixed immediately and effectively, with great communication skills and a customer service attitude. While they fixed the brake issue, Omar and the service technician found an oil leak and fixed it and the car was totaly cleaned. Omar made sure I left knowing that everything is in working condition on my car. I can’t thank this dealership enough for my many years experience of purchasing and Service experience with their entire  Professional, Knowledgeable, and Friendly Staff  from Sales Management, Business Office Management, and the Service Management, from  Service Advisor to Mechnic, down to the Porter Service. I highly recommend BMW of Clear Lake who are the absolute best based on my experience with, BMW,dealerships, especially their Service Department I've ever used for my many Beemers in other cities that I lived in, such as Dallas, Denver, and Phoenix.
