My car was damage in a flood. Advantage BMW took care of me when USAA didnt. Omar Reyna is the absolute best. He deserve a promotion. He advocated for me with USAA when they took no action for over three me when USAA didnt. Omar Reyna is the absolute best. He deserve a promotion. He advocated for me with USAA when they took no action for over three weeks. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond was remarkable. I cant but this lightly how much this Seevice Agent was my saving grace. USAA finally listened and Omar was able to get my car repaired in one day after waiting over a month for insurance to get their crap together. Thanks Advantage and WELL DONE to Omar. More
Very poor service always had the car serviced here yet they never gave us the correct diagnosis. Did all the repairs suggested just to find out the it created more problems and no quality of work had to w they never gave us the correct diagnosis. Scandalous and deceitful. Will charge your warranty company as well as you for parts they didn’t put on the car. Break bolts Underneath your car where you can’t see while doing their warranty repairs a company as well as you for parts they didn’t put on the car. Break bolts Underneath your car where you can’t see while doing their warranty repairs and yet still be OK with just tie strapping it back and ignoring the fact that they just broke it and it wasn’t like that when the customer brought it to them. they Will avoid your calls until you call corporate and then they’ll passify the claim as if it’s frivolous. I cannot believe that I took my BMW X5 with the M sport package to these people and they completely and fraudulently excepted my car for warranty work, billed my warranty company as well as myself for work that they did not do and parts that they did not put on my car. And this is all after having the first warranty work done then leaving from the dealership calling the dealership and telling them my car does not ride right to be pretty much called a liar and they don’t know what else to tell me and then 30 minutes later my car fails on the freeway and the whole rear end lands on the tires because the suspension gave out I take it back up there they tell me oh Mr. Jones were sorry about that we can replace both air springs and both shocks on both sides no matter wha. cool. less than a day later I go back thinking everything‘s good they give me a duplicate invoice same number everything just change the date thinking I don’t know. And to top it all off they have the audacity to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about on my own vehicle when I took it over there we put it on the rack I showed him where the tie strap was and they all but convinced themselves that I did it until the mechanic came forward And admitted to what had happened. I wasn’t even mad that was an upstanding Stand up move but Mr. Fidel and Mr. Joe refuse to return my car to at least the state in which I took it to them it rode better with airbags that had 100,000 miles on them than the brand new ones they put in my car. I have a 2017 BMW X5 with the M sport package supposedly brand new airbags but 2016 shocks that they said that they fixed and build my warranty company for and yet my car rides like a 1996 Ford explorer. And what’s crazy is this Mr. Fidel the service manager actually had the audacity to ride in my car, I let him drive it after the work…he goes around the block less than 35 miles an hour and tells me that my car is OK and after I leave tries to convince my brother-in-law to sign a piece of paper with my name saying everything‘s OK and kosher. I think not. Stay tuned this is not the last word you have heard for m. I love BMW but I will not tolerate this for myself or for the next BMW customer To go in this dealership and get charged for work or parts they think they’re getting done to the vehicle as minor or major as it may be and allow these people to get over on anybody else like this. If you’ve had warranty work or any other repairs done at this dealership in the last year I would definitely get somebody other than this dealership to check them out and make sure they did the work and put on the parts that they said they did trust me I was shocked as well. I purchased at another BMW dealership, I purchased a Certified 2017 540i and I wanted the white interior and had no time to wait. I immediately contacted Clear Lake BMW and told them I wanted to establish a relationship with them, they are close to my home. I have been dealing with Greg E. in Service. Greg and his team are amazing. ANYTHING I need, immediate email, phone call, etc. no waiting. I had to recently take my car in for unexpected warranty service, it happens, had a loaner immediately. Do not try that with a High End Ford truck, Chevy or Dodge, not going to happen! I have purchased accessories at CL BMW, GREAT value, again immediate response. I do not normally post on line comments, but I absolutely feel the service I have received needs to be told! Again, even though I did not purchase my vehicle there, they have treated me like a 20 year customer. I know where I am purchasing my next vehicle and they have a customer for life! Great purchasing experience with Brandon Jones. We began in the used car section looking for a late model car and Brandon suggested we look at the 2020 demos. It was the best thing ever! Things only get worse I had left this review on two other sites. Both times the dealer reached out with ""I would like the opportunity to address your concern, email me." I had left this review on two other sites. Both times the dealer reached out with ""I would like the opportunity to address your concern, email me." I did! Never heard back from them. I believe those are just standard reply for public consumption. I took my car in for final check up before my warranty expired and asked for information on Extended Warranty. I never did get information on that, and when I went home that evening, smoke was coming through the console, and it smelled bad too. My child was in the vehicle with me. Luckily, it was a short drive. I had to return the vehicle and was told it appears when they worked on the car, the gasket seal was placed improperly causing leak. It happens. Still no information on extended Warranty. Few days ago, I called the service department, asking for information on the vehicle and the extended warranty. The lady took my information and said someone will call me back. That never happened. I thought BMW pride itself on excellent customer service and satisfaction. I'd expect poor service from other dealers but not BMW. More
