We apologize for the less than satisfactory experience on your last visit. Thank you for letting us so we could reach out to you and glad our team was able to resolve the situation. With extremely low new vehicle inventory our loaner fleet availability has been greatly reduced along with all of the rental companies inventory as well. Unfortunately, there is not enough inventory coming in the near future as well so we are managing the loaner fleet as best we can during this shortage. Extremely disappointed and outraged at the audacity of these two individuals. Van Mai completely gained my trust and exceeded my expectations with my first BMW X5 at Advantage BMW a Clear Lake during a service visit and these two completely destroyed it By trying to defraud me and my warranty company realizing and acknowledging my realization of the incident and agreeing to make it right after I called the corporate office but once they got me in there to satisfy the claim I feel I was completely railroaded and bullied by a team of individuals that tried to over talk me and convince me of the facts I obtained off the BMW website were wrong…..
