Updating my recent experience for their Service Advisor Mr. Omar Reyna who is nothing short of "amazing". He not only again showed "genuine" concern about my automotive problem, but was also interested i Mr. Omar Reyna who is nothing short of "amazing". He not only again showed "genuine" concern about my automotive problem, but was also interested in "ME" as a BMW customer, and he took the time to look for any other potential problems without me having to ask and made sure that it was covered under my warranty and Maintenance Plan to make shure that I continued to be a satisfied customer and maintain Advantage BMW Clear Lake's excellent reputation was followed when I brought my X-5 in for state annual inspection, warranty work including, maintenance this week which insummary ended up again as usual Incredible service and care. Their Service Manager, "Fidel", is equally caring and professional. He always listens "attentively" about any issues and makes sure his team follows up with a satisfactory resolution. Also both he and Omar made "SURE" that I bought a BMW MAINTENANCE PLAN which has saved me over $ 2,100 this year alone THAT'S TRUE PROTECTING YOUR CUSTOMER ATTITUDE.. More

Warranty oil change took three hours. Oh but wait they also rotated my tires. Oh yeah they wash my car too…all covered under warranty… but in order to rotate the tires they needed to be b Oh but wait they also rotated my tires. Oh yeah they wash my car too…all covered under warranty… but in order to rotate the tires they needed to be balanced. So that cost $76. Once I paid the $76 I was told my car would be driven up to me and handed over once it was done with car wash. Well that took about 45 minutes. Needless to say once the warranty is up I doubt that I will take my BMW to be maintained at Advantage BMW service center. More
