The level of professionalism is astounding. I purchased a 2020 certified X3 BMW. The first time I brought it in for service/oil change. The technician failed to make sure the parts were put back correctly. A week later all of the oil had leaked out of my vehicle causing my vehicle to have to be towed in by roadside assistance! After waiting 4 hours for BMW’s preferred towing service. Another company was called that arrived in 45 minutes! Since this issue my vehicle has constantly been in the shop with issue after issue. Every time they say its a different issue and supposedly fix it. I pick the vehicle up and its a couple of weeks and its back in the shop! The last trip I was told rodents ate my wiring and that was the issue. Well almost 5k later and not even an month its back in the shop demonstrating the same behavior and issues. And of course that wasn’t covered under any of the warranties I purchased! I am beyond annoyed, furious, frustrated and aggravated! I just want BMW to take RESPONSIBILITY and I WANT OUT OF THIS PIECE OF JUNK! I have NEVER EVER been more disappointed in a DEALERSHIP or a VEHICLE! I am now going to contact the GM Randy Stien and see what kind of manager he is and see if he is aware of this FIASCO! How can I believe ANYTHING I am told about my vehicle?? All I can say is this isn’t over! I do plan on getting to the bottom of this and I won’t keep playing these games! And YES I purchased every single warranty offered except the windshield! And I have already had the windshield replaced! I opted to no longer work with Harry Fernandez due to personality differences. I chose to work with Omar Reyna another service coordinator now that its back in the shop and Omar is attentive and transparent with me. We shall see what transpires in regards to the vehicle diagnostic evaluation on this visit! It should be INTERESTING! It was towed in Wednesday morning let the guessing games begin! More

When our car was ordered we were advised to go with a 2022 because of the war in Ukraine where parts were made would cause delivery delays. Three weeks after our car arrived at the port the 2023’s were delivered. Our MINI SE was delivered in April 2022 with multiple issues: cracked windows, dents, moisture in escutcheons, and software problems. The headlights have moisture in them and they claimed that is a normal thing. We were misled by the Finance Director about additional warranties. Every time we returned our car to the service department for warranty work they would keep it for weeks at a time and more mileage was put on the car than what they claimed for service. The last time it was taken in for service it was wrecked by the technician, and they refused to let us see it. The video showed differently from what the General Manager claimed, trying to cover up how it really happened. After the wreck the GM refused to honor the additional warranties we were forced to purchase. The Salesman was informed of our intent to take our car overseas and he told us the warranty would be valid where we wanted to go. Later we learned the warranty is only good in the U.S. The Service Director was excessively rude and condescending to my wife, and the General Manager dismissed it by saying it’s how he talks to his employees. We ARE NOT employees. The Service Manager ridiculed us that our car was only a MINI and not a high-end BMW. The GM never saw the car until the day it was returned. At that time he refused to honor the Lifetime warranty for the protective bra which is still defective. The GM said we would be reimbursed a portion for warranties, however we have not been reimbursed at all. How can they pick and choose what part of the warranty they will honor? It took months to get the title after the car was paid off. We would not recommend this dealership in any way to anyone. Our experience with them was comparable to dealing with a dishonest used car dealership. More
I have a 2004 E46 M3 that I don't drive much but try to keep in perfect running form. I had an issue that I couldn't diagnose so I decided to visit BMW of Clear Lake at their new location. First of all, they have upgraded their service look and feel. It is the best service department I've seen. I've dealt with Chip Chappee serveral times before and asked for him by name. Chip always does an excellent job diagnosing and explaining the required repairs. Chip is also great at keeping the cost fair and reasonable. My M3 was done quickly and correctly. My car was returned cleaned and repaired perfectly. I am very happy with the whole BMW of Clear Lake experience thanks to Chip. More
