My service advisor Joseph Lane is professional and honest. He always takes the time to explain what is involved and the cost. He let me know if maintenance work I am requesting can wait or is unnecessary. Service Director Fidel Garza is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kindly helped me to solve an issue about the Ultimate Care Agreement. Everyone here is very friendly. Also, there is a quiet and clean waiting area. Love this place! More

This is the most frustrating place to go. Every single time I go, I am there for no less than double the time they say, I am quoted a minimum of $7,000.00, and the salesmen and women are the Every single time I go, I am there for no less than double the time they say, I am quoted a minimum of $7,000.00, and the salesmen and women are the most impolite people I have ever dealt with. I can go for a routine oil change and still leave with a quote of $8,000.00+. I was quoted $800 for front two brakes and rotors alone. Back, another $800. The worst part about driving a BMW, dealing with this dealership. When I used a dealership in KC with another BMW, I had incredible service. I wish I could say the same here. More
