Chris, my service advisor, listened to the symptoms my car was showing and he was able to determine the problem before the car even got to the mechanic! He explained the repair process and got me home vi car was showing and he was able to determine the problem before the car even got to the mechanic! He explained the repair process and got me home via Alto. The car was repaired as predicted and Alto got me back to retrieve my car.
