Unfortunately, I didn’t come for the frills and thrills and being spoken to eloquently and treated respectfully. I needed to get that smelly water out of my vehicle, it being evaluated repaired or replaced and being spoken to eloquently and treated respectfully. I needed to get that smelly water out of my vehicle, it being evaluated repaired or replaced what was causing the issue which I drove a total of six hours round-trip with that ongoing condition in my vehicle. There were additional cost added to my trip due to BMW Clear Lake‘s Service Advisor, not contacting the warranty company that I am no longer going to be able to recover because the claim was never started. My suggestion if you’re from out of town and you have to get service get a second opinion, contact somebody who can give you the correct information so that you’re not inconvenience in this way.
