We apologize for the less than satisfactory experience on your last visit. Thank you for letting us so we could reach out to you and glad our team was able to resolve the situation. With extremely low new vehicle inventory our loaner fleet availability has been greatly reduced along with all of the rental companies inventory as well. Unfortunately, there is not enough inventory coming in the near future as well so we are managing the loaner fleet as best we can during this shortage.
