BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. This location is not reputable, they are dishonest, they will damage your vehicle and not own up to it. I came in for a simple oil change and one This location is not reputable, they are dishonest, they will damage your vehicle and not own up to it. I came in for a simple oil change and one new tire. They convinced me into buying 3 years of unlimited oil changes, 4 new tires, and an alignment. I came to pick up my car to find the inside of each door damaged, the car was extremely bouncy when I drove it, one of the attendants agreed she noticed the car was acting funny and had "issues", so I asked what happened?? They said when cars get lifted sometimes the struts get put under tension and mess up, they've had similar problems before, but they don't know the cause and that it's all hypothetical. As far as the car doors, they said the interior was already like that which I vehemently disagree with, they wouldn't fix it, they said there's nothing I can do to prove they did anything wrong. Then they pulled up videos of the interior which showed the car doors fine which does in fact prove my point and they wouldn't give me the video. I was quick enough to snap a photo of the computer with the image on it. So now I'm driving around with a bmw that feels like it could bounce out of control, damaged interior doors, and a whopping $1300 bill for it. More

I purchased a 2020 certified X3 BMW. The first time I brought it in for service/oil change. The technician failed to make sure the parts were put back correctly. A week later all of the oil had leaked out of my vehicle causing my vehicle to have to be towed in by roadside assistance! After waiting 4 hours for BMW’s preferred towing service. Another company was called that arrived in 45 minutes! Since this issue my vehicle has constantly been in the shop with issue after issue. Every time they say its a different issue and supposedly fix it. I pick the vehicle up and its a couple of weeks and its back in the shop! The last trip I was told rodents ate my wiring and that was the issue. Well almost 5k later and not even an month its back in the shop demonstrating the same behavior and issues. And of course that wasn’t covered under any of the warranties I purchased! I am beyond annoyed, furious, frustrated and aggravated! I just want BMW to take RESPONSIBILITY and I WANT OUT OF THIS PIECE OF JUNK! I have NEVER EVER been more disappointed in a DEALERSHIP or a VEHICLE! I am now going to contact the GM Randy Stien and see what kind of manager he is and see if he is aware of this FIASCO! How can I believe ANYTHING I am told about my vehicle?? All I can say is this isn’t over! I do plan on getting to the bottom of this and I won’t keep playing these games! And YES I purchased every single warranty offered except the windshield! And I have already had the windshield replaced! I opted to no longer work with Harry Fernandez due to personality differences. I chose to work with Omar Reyna another service coordinator now that its back in the shop and Omar is attentive and transparent with me. We shall see what transpires in regards to the vehicle diagnostic evaluation on this visit! It should be INTERESTING! It was towed in Wednesday morning let the guessing games begin! More
