Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately with older and higher mileage vehicles, parts will deteriorate and disintegrate. Interior parts on a vehicle can have long exposure to Houston’s harsh environmental conditions and fail. Also, suspension components will reach a point where the life cycle and usage of that part have ended and eventually have to be replaced. We are sorry that your vehicle has 100k miles of usage and the shocks reached the end of their life cycle.
