Service department doesn't seem like it cares about its customers. On multiple visits I've dropped off my car and have had to call for an update. BMW of Clearlake really changed my opinion of the car buying process. Typically you dread dealing with salespeople especially a car salesman but Truong Nguyen changed my mind about that !
