I was very optimistic at first about this dealer and then extremely disappointed in their ability to perform a simple task and inform the customer of what was needed to correct the service issue. We had a lo extremely disappointed in their ability to perform a simple task and inform the customer of what was needed to correct the service issue. We had a low break fluid warning and instead of me adding fluid and go about my day I took this to the dealer. They proceeded to do an entire fluid flush without any quote or approval from me. I asked what they were charging me $212.00 for then they explained and told us that the 2 service advisors got mixed up with vehicles. Not my fault!! They refused to do anything about the bill, I called several times to speak to Joe Agguire the service manager and yet to receive a call from him, very unprofessional!!! Then we asked for a state inspection and our car passed but when we were leaving the right signal light was out when we asked what happened they took vehicle to the back and tried to sock us with another $460 after some discussion we decided to leave when I got home I took light assembly of to look at it and opened up the light assembly spring and put it all back together and it works fine!!! Buyer beware is all I have to say terrible service we will never go there for service repair again!! To boot a nice elderly couple approached us and asked if we have had issues with this dealer because they were fed up and ready to trade their vehicle in for another brand due to their lack of customer service More
