This was a typical car buying experience that included way too many hours sitting in dealership car and salesperson antics that just pissed us off and if we had another option of car we would have left. Also the certified car we bought didn’t seem to actually been thru the over 200 pt inspection it should have. Salesperson wasn’t interested in helping with that either. Just felt like we were fed a line of crap and after we agreed to buy car on to the next one. More

I liked being contacted ahead of time about my service to help make the experience more efficient. I was coming in for a punctured tire and they looked it up to discovered it wouldn't be available in tire a help make the experience more efficient. BMW of Clear Lake had my vehicle for 11 days . . . 11 . . . The primary reason for service job was to replace the windshield, which the Corpus Christi BMW ordered and shipped to BMW Clear Lake. A . . 11 . . . The primary reason for service job was to replace the windshield, which the Corpus Christi BMW ordered and shipped to BMW Clear Lake. A 2nd issue was raised with regards to the radio and asked service if they could assess the problem. They did and ordered the part and waited on its delivery. (Corpus Christi BMW paid for this issue since it happened when it was in their possession prior to purchase.) On the 11th day I receive 2 texts stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up, I respond to both texts that i will be at the dealership THAT day. I arrive and my service advisor was out to lunch and another advisor signs me out. I'm excited to see my car, it's washed, I jump in my car and start out south on 45. Within 2 minutes I see the CHIP in the middle of the windshield that the vehicle was brought in with! THE NEW WINDSHIELD WAS NEVER INSTALLED. My car was at the dealership for 11 days and no one thought to check if the reason it was brought in was accomplished? Disgusted! More
