This week, I encountered a significant issue when I bent my wheel. Initially, I was informed that it would take five weeks to resolve the problem as the wheel needed to be sourced from Germany. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Rader, who immediately took action to address my concerns. Not only did he find me a loaner car, but he also went above and beyond, searching tirelessly to locate the specific wheel I required. From the moment my car was towed in until I picked it up, Rader provided clear, transparent, and consistent updates, ensuring that I was always informed about the progress. I am incredibly grateful to Rader, the Parts department, and the Service Manager for their dedication and teamwork in resolving this issue for me. Their team's commitment to delivering exceptional service, no matter how big or small the issue, has made a lasting impression on me. My son and I always feel well taken care of, and for that, I am truly thankful.
