If you buy a car here, make sure it’s not from Matthew Hernandez. I was in contact with Matthew regarding a used X5 my wife and I were interested in at 9:14 am today. We exchanged a few texts and Matthew Hernandez. I was in contact with Matthew regarding a used X5 my wife and I were interested in at 9:14 am today. We exchanged a few texts and Matthew said to text him when we were on the way so he could have everything set. I filled out the online financing application at 11:30 am. At 12:15 pm, we texted Matthew to say we were on our way. Coming from Spring, it was an hour drive down to Clear Lake. Upon our arrival we were told there was a sale pending and that if it fell through, we were next in line. “It was a matter of minutes between when you got here and the other customer trying to buy it.” We contacted the dealership first, filled out the financing app and were on our way to the dealership. The time when this other person called was only a matter of minutes before us getting there, but not a matter of minutes from when you knew we were on our way. Why didn’t you tell the other person there was another party interested and on their way and if it fell through THEY would be next in line? Wasted over three hours of our time between two hours driving and the time we waited around the dealership. Everybody else we interacted with was nice. The dealership looked good. But stay away from Matthew Hernandez. He doesn’t care about you or your time. Only the he cares about is his commission. More

Was pleased with how quickly the repair was done. However, this was an insurance claim, and they overcharged for labor. Now I may have to make up the difference from what Progressive will pay.
