We agreed on fair a cash deal rather quickly and pleasantly and completed the purchase details with their finance director, Nathaniel, who was also very professional and pleasant. Our vehicle has been serviced by this BMW dealership since our purchase in November 2015. We have always had good communication with the service department and excellent service. However, there must hav since our purchase in November 2015. We have always had good communication with the service department and excellent service. However, there must have been a misunderstanding or lack of communication during our last service in August 2025. Our vehicle still had issues after we got it back which resulted in our having to make another appointment and be without our auto for several days due to parts being delayed. We still have a few things we're concerned about and will make yet another appointment to have them checked. More
