Feeling Overcharged Brought my car in for service, got text if extra services needed & bill was more than selected. Slow customer service, no callback to explain issue. I had to call to know if my car was ready and did not have cost of repairs until I picked up my car. If you are going to ask me to pay for thousands of dollars of repairs I would expect to get a call to explain them not a text. More

He got back to me within 24 hours with a car that you guys had just gotten in and it was a great recommendation. We came in to the dealership and worked out a deal. This is the 3rd BMW I have bought from Brad and he has consistently done an outstanding job both during the sales process and assisting us with any service issues that have popped up. I have recommended him to friends and family and actually have directed my oldest son to work with Brad when he trades his X3 in over the next 6 months or so. Brad represents your dealership very well and I plan on working with him in the future. You guys also have improved your service experience over the time that I have been a customer. Please keep up the great work. More

In waiting for my service at the lounge area, Chris Freeman noticed I was using a high top table for my computer work and stopped to show me where a potential plug was for power. The power strip did not have the 3 prongs for plug-in so he went to find another power strip for my use. It ended up he went to the store to by an adapter for me as there was not one available. What GREAT customer service. Always enjoy the kindness extended to me upon my service visits. More

Great Service I recently bought a certified used X3 from this dealership. Brad my sales person did not pressure me and was very helpful and prompt in showing me se I recently bought a certified used X3 from this dealership. Brad my sales person did not pressure me and was very helpful and prompt in showing me several cars I was interested in. Had he been pushy I would have left the dealership and kept my Honda minivan, but because he was patient with my millions of questions I now have a new car I love. Jake was also awesome going over the various functions of the care multiple times at my request. Our finance guy patiently explained all the paperwork and was very helpful and humorous. My only reservation is the lack of complimentary car washes. My son who owns an x1 from a different BMW dealership doesn't require service to get his car washed, for me that would have been the icing on the cake!! Hopefully BMW North considers this in the future. This was a feature I loved at my Honda dealership. More
