My experience stated with Clay Moorhead who introduced me to Jeff Robinson. Jef listened to my car needs and found not the solution I had intended to buy but rather the perfect solution. Within a short one to two hour process, we were done. Jake Furman took my wife and I on a test drive to close things out. The test drive was the go no go portion of the purchase process because my wife needed to be comfortable driving the car or we would have started all over. Jake made it easy for her to be comfortable by his ability to tell her about the features without making it technical. After going home and taking the freeze off my credit rating at Experian and returning to the dealership on Monday Jeff Robinson and Darrin Roll ecen found a way to make the delivery and financing paper work less of a drudgery despite the unbelievable volume . Excellent Service All Around Dana in the service department is the absolute best! Recently came in for a bent wheel and busted tire; Dana took care of all the paperwork through my Dana in the service department is the absolute best! The day before coming in for service I stopped by the parts desk for assistance and Steve was beyond friendly and pleasant and helped me with my part replacement in less than 10 minutes. They charge you way more than other BMW dealers. My current lease with BMW is almost matured. I was shopping for another vehicle. I met with one of the sales manager asking for a quote. The monthly r My current lease with BMW is almost matured. I was shopping for another vehicle. I met with one of the sales manager asking for a quote. The monthly rate he gave me was 990/month for 70 k car and the rate I received from the sam Swope store in Louisville was 983/month for the newer version of the same car which was for 77 k price. I thought this was odd and concerning. BMW has a standard pricing for their cars nationwide. My experience with the service department is not any better. Although the staff were welcoming, they costed me unnecessary charges when they fixed one of the fog bulbs. They claimed a wire was broken and therefore I had to pay for the fix. Theu basically related this broken wire to an old accident that occurred few months prior although the bulb was working fine for all those months after the accident and their Bodyshop report after the accident did not list this broken wire thing. More
