Later, 28 Nov 21 I received a Email from Jordan (Customer Care Assistant) stating - A representative is looking forward to working on this with you during business hours. On the same day I received a text message from the General Manager Robert Sabbagh,stating he was reaching out and asking what he can do to help! “Dream’s Do Come True” I had a few question’s which were answered as well as a very nice Discount! Once I received the proposal, reviewed it, sent it back, submitted my deposit, the entire process was stress free, seamless, highly professional, Inspiring and Divine Intervention. Coordination was made to take delivery of the Vehicle on 30 Noy 21, I asked my Dear Friend, Dr. Cherry would she accompany me to drive from Alabama to Cincinnati 8 hour drive! We left at 2:00 am (Yes)! Arriving at BMW of Cincinnati around 11:00 ET. Greeted by Salomon with V.I.P. treatment, Top Notch Customer Service. We talked and was taken to the area where the vehicle awaiting with a Large Red Bow! Talk about over the top, hands down Customer Satisfaction on a Star rating system, of 5 Star’s being the best BMW of Cincinnati surpassed that, they should receive a Galaxy of Star’s because they’re truly deserving! After the presentation and a awesome test drive, I was taken to the Financial Manager, Clay Moorhead, Kudos for making the paperwork process a breeze and the awesome information exchange. My husband and myself, vist the BMW on W Kemper Road.Went inside, stay there about 10 minutes, looking at the cars, no one acknowledge us, it was about six sales men there. I see so many great reviews for new car purchases at this dealer, which makes me even more upset about the horrible experience I had last week purchasing a used BMW. My first BMW, and first experience with this dealer. In short, my salesperson Clay M. Pushed and pressured me for a deposit on the very first phone call, before ever seethe vehicle, then made me wait two weeks to see the car, claiming it was being inspected and sent for reconditioning. The day before the scheduled test drive, sends me an email with over $1000 in added charges to the asking price of the vehicle! He explained that the charges were for paint protection that they “add to ever vehicle they sell”. Non negotiable! I thought these sleezy sales tactics died decades ago…. Nope, and at a BMW dealer no less! Undaunted, I drove the vehicle, was told no discount would be possible. Undaunted, purchased the vehicle, I really liked it. Now home for a few days, it is painfully obvious that this vehicle was not “reconditioned “ at all, there are scuffs on the paint that I easily removed with buffing compound, definitely did not get a $1000 detail and pain protection. Disgusting experience. How would I ever want to go back to that dealer again? Unclear if the salesman lies, a lot. Or the dealership systematically inflates it’s advertised prices? More
