Purchased a 2023 X6 today from Brad Schultz that was a factory order and it could have gone better. This is my second car purchased with Brad. Matt Markins is AMAZING and went way above and beyond for me. He is a true tire and wheel expert! When I bought my car at BMW Cinci North I knew I would need a winter wheel/tire set, I was introduced to Mat me. He is a true tire and wheel expert! When I bought my car at BMW Cinci North I knew I would need a winter wheel/tire set, I was introduced to Matt at that time. He assured me he would take care of me and to wait for an e-mail in late September... fast forward to late September and I get the e-mail on this year's OEM winter wheel package special with details on the tires, how long they should last, when to put them on or off, and how to set up the seasonal tire swaps. I asked if I could get winter Mats in as well, and he ordered mats and wheels. When I went to take delivery of the mats and wheelset, all had a nice discount he had found AND he gave me everything I needed including an extra receipt to receive the additional promotional rebate that had just started. He went above and beyond for both service and finding me discounts. There is a reason I exclusively look to purchase cars at this dealer through Matt Tucker, and have been servicing all of our vehicles there as well thanks to the great service staff and experience provided by people like Matt Markins! Very enjoyable experience purchasing our first BMW from this location. Brad Schultz provided excellent customer service from the beginning. We just picked up our X3 M40i from BMW Cincinnati North. Every aspect of the sale and delivery went the way you really hope it will. It started with our Sales Person Brad Schultz. We had worked with Brad previously when purchasing a previous BMW. In both instances he was a true pleasure to work with -- no games -- just straight forward information and answers. Follow up was always quick and thorough to any question that we had. We special order our vehicle and he was very helpful in tracking it's progress and helping expediting delivery. Once the vehicle arrived we were given a full orientation to the vehicle by Elsie Ogden who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The paper work process was handled quickly and efficiently by the Finance Manager Crystal Harrison. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The whole experience from beginning to end was just excellent !! More

I just picked up my 2022 X5M yesterday from BMW Cincinnati North and could not have had an easier transaction. I initially reached out to the dealer via text, and received a very timely response. From there it was a combination of texts and email to finalize the deal within 24 hours for an allocated order custom build. The in-person pickup profess was excellent. I met Brad as I as pulling into the lot and he quickly got to work on my trade-in. From there I met the BMW Genius to go over the vehicle and all of the features and then finally finished up with the Finance team. I would highly recommend BMW of Cincy North and I will keep them at the top of my list for future BMWs. More
