This time it was busier than usual as I understand the department was one man down recovering from surgery, but Dana kept it moving with help from rest of staff, got the loaner set up, communicated by text and email and phone to keep me up to date. The light went back on after replacement of heat exchange sensor and rear brakes, but I blame that on our crazy weather lately. I will check back with service to see if I need further evaluation. Great service, but slower than expected I’ve only had our new BMW car about a year, so i’ve only had to use their service department a few times. The people who staff the service areas are I’ve only had our new BMW car about a year, so i’ve only had to use their service department a few times. The people who staff the service areas are always great, with positive attitude, respectful, explain service in detail, and take time to answer any questions you may have. They are a great service culture! My only complaint is that every time I have been there the actual work far exceeds the time they quoted. Having an appt does not make any difference as they always seem to be backed up. As a result, they have compensated with giving me a loaner car while they keep my car to get the work complete, but it is hard to plan your schedule when their quoted work times are not accurate. Last time they said 3-4 hours needed for a repair and after 4 hours they told me the work hadn’t started yet. This has happened each time i’ve Been there, even for just an oil change. Not sure if this is just my luck but I now assume everything will take 3-4 times longer than quoted. However they have a great team who treats you well and the work completed is always done right, so we will continue to go here. More

Service and Environment excellence I was very please with the efficiency of dropping my vehicle off without an appointment (I always call before though!) and the speed of inspection. I was very please with the efficiency of dropping my vehicle off without an appointment (I always call before though!) and the speed of inspection. Service was busy when I arrived and a new service advisor was in line for the next client. Don Johnson wrote up my RO as this service advisor was busy, then it went to her per process. Later Don took over as my advisor due to the convoluted nature of my repair and my particularities. This was acceptable and welcomed. I was please with my service, the condition of my car upon delivery, and the General Manager of the dealership (Who has a foreign name, says it very fast as if your suppose to pick up on what it actually is the first time he says it...) and Don Johnson’s willingness to work with me on a just out of warranty issue. Only thing I was displeased with: While my vehicle was in for repair, in various stages of completion, I received three (3) emails requesting that I schedule my next appointment. Felt like that was a little much. More
