Horrible customer service No one could tell me if my tow eyehook was in my car, did not get any return calls, and there was so much grease on the inside of my front doors!! Water spots on the bumpers, grill was dirty and brake dust in the rims. This does not reflect poorly on your service personnel as I said they are great; however I would probably have a chat with the Detail Shop. More

Good visit, it however could have been better In most cases my wife and I are very pleased with BMW North's service. However, my last visit left me a little disappointed. My X3 was in for service In most cases my wife and I are very pleased with BMW North's service. However, my last visit left me a little disappointed. My X3 was in for service for 3 weeks (not a problem with the exceptional loaner program). However the communication and status updates could have been better. And finally when I received my car it was dirty on the outside, a oily footprint was on the carpet and the steering wheel was greasy. So I headed directly to the carwash. More
