Lengthy I had a couple of issues,but they did an excellent job fixing them I didn't want the paint protection I thought it was too expensive and I was told th I had a couple of issues,but they did an excellent job fixing them I didn't want the paint protection I thought it was too expensive and I was told that I had to purchase it but in the end didn't have to end up just paying maybe like $300 for standard something I don't know protection I don't know but it's all good More

Unsolicited Call I own a 2017 X5 50 CPO which I purchased last October from a dealer in the Chicago area. I received a call this afternoon because this dealer's servic I own a 2017 X5 50 CPO which I purchased last October from a dealer in the Chicago area. I received a call this afternoon because this dealer's service department had gotten notice that I am within 1,000 miles of being due for my next service (oil change, etc). Understand that I have never had any interaction with this dealership in terms of buying a vehicle or having service work done, The young lady who called me was very persistent that I set up a service time to have this maintenance work done. I live in Maineville and work in Norwood (less than two miles from The BMW Store) so why would I got 20 miles out of my way for service work? Thank goodness there are only two BMW dealers in town or I might get additional solicitations. Does this dealer think I am not smart enough to note the Service Due message that shows up every time time I start the car? More
