Scam Artist My wife purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne S back in January of this year the experience was the worst car buying that we have ever had in our life. The My wife purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne S back in January of this year the experience was the worst car buying that we have ever had in our life. The purchase price was about 50k. The car was advertise with 40,000 miles on the website after our 3hr drive from Akron,OH the car had not been detailed and when we test drove the car my wife notice that the odometer had 45.000 miles on it. We brought our concern to the salesmen Clay Moorehead and the GM Robert Sabbagh,which neither one was willing to budge on the price. The rear widow shade was missing I brought it too Clays attention,we were told that it had been ordered, that was 8 weeks ago ,spoke with GM his response was that person that orders parts is no longer employed by them and if the part was order they Would send it to us ,if it wasn’t order that we are out of luck. I,have reach out to the dealership on multiple occasions with no response from the GM. I would highly discourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to not buy from this dealership. Questionable Diagnosis Brought my 2003 530i in for a “check coolant level” light which came on a couple of times, despite no evidence of a significant leak. On a previous i Brought my 2003 530i in for a “check coolant level” light which came on a couple of times, despite no evidence of a significant leak. On a previous inspection in October of 2019, I was told there was some evidence of coolant seepage around the water pump, but that it was minor. This time, however, I was told that the radiator was cracked, and that it should be removed and replaced — for about $1,000. At the same time, the coolant system was checked OK on the multipoint inspection! I was then told that the inspection revealed a leaking VANOS oil line. As my 530i consumes an excessive amount of oil, I asked if this could be the cause, and was told that it could very well be. So I authorized the repair, for another $400. I had not driven 50 miles before the “check oil level” light came on again. This tells me two things: (1) that the VANOS repair didn’t do anything to solve the problem, and (2) the OK check of the oil system on the multipoint inspection had clearly been pencil whipped — I doubt they even pulled the dipstick. Finally, I was told the inspection revealed a leaking power steering reservoir and hoses, and that replacement, while not critical, was recommended. Yet, in October of 2017, those hoses were replaced, and now you’re telling me they’re leaking again? Between the coolant, oil, and power steering systems, I have spent over $2,000 in less than three years. I am beginning to seriously question the integrity of Jake Sweeney’s service. This is a shame, as in all other respects, I have always received friendly and courteous service. I More

A couple of weeks ago, I had no plan nor intent to upgrade Outstanding customer service experience by Brad Schultz at BMW of Cincinnati North today ! A couple of weeks ago, I had no plan nor intent to upgrade my BMW. I received a general courtesy check-in email from Brad who sold me my 328i about 3 years ago. I was impressed that he remembered me, and very quickly became curious on what vehicles he had available. In a very short period of time, he provided me with customized options and specifics on what I could get as a trade-in. Needless to say, I just walked away from BMW of Cinci North with my new 340i GT and could not be happier !! A HUGE thanks to Brad Schultz and Royan Morris for their fantastic help, efficient service and making the entire purchase process super easy.. See you guys in 2-3yrs time :) More
