Finally - A Great Car Buying Experience! Let me start by saying that I HATE the entire car buying experience. I hate being treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars, I hate the game Let me start by saying that I HATE the entire car buying experience. I hate being treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars, I hate the game playing and "good cop/bad cop" schtick with the price.... I hate it all. So when I stepped on the lot at Jake Sweeney BMW, my expectations were not very high to say the least. But from the moment Brad Schultz came and greeted me, I was immediately impressed. He put me at ease right away, and even better, he talked to me about the technical aspects of the car (engine specs, driving performance, etc.) rather than assuming I was just a girl who was looking for a "cute convertible." Needless to say, I drove away 24 hours later with the best 40th birthday present ever, and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I originally brought my 2007 328i in for service, which, by the way, the service people are equally as awesome and trustworthy, but while there I noticed the 2 door 428xi. Chris Owens walked me over to the sales department where I was introduced to Rob Tobin, and the rest is history. Rob listened to me, found an exact match to what I was looking for, took his time and was patient with my questions and needs, and never pressured me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. Rob was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and made my experience down right fun! I love my new car and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Jake Sweeney BMW family.
